FAQ's
* Does the payment have to be in full? Are there refunds?
- Yes. At least one month of training must be purchased in full. There are no refunds. I make everything very clear in the initial email/consultation with what to expect; I have had nothing but happy clients and I will work with you in whatever way I can to assist you with any issues. This also applies for my online clients.
* How do I start?
- For online training program, view guidelines under the 'services' tab. For in person training, shoot me an email!
* Are there meal plans?
- I do not believe in the average, run-of-the-mill meal plan. I have written a $10 Ebook called 'What the Hell are Macros' that better explains what I want and need my clients to understand. The last chapter of the book explains how to write your very own plan, along with a grocery list for each macro (carbs, fat, protein). If you would rather me write it for you, I absolutely will. For FREE (if you are a paying client and/or a part of my online tribe). Also, if you partake in my online program that runs every 12 weeks, there's a macro PDF you will receive. It is very much like the book itself.
