Before partaking in your program you must be prepared to answer personal information such as: height, weight, fitness history, occupation, medical history, progress pictures, etc. As your coach, I must know these things to track your progress. All information is confidential.
TRAINING BY MAL'S ONLINE PROGRAM
Requirements:
- full access to a gym recommended
- must have knowledge of front squat, back squat, and deadlift
- must be 18 years or older (male or female or anything in between)
- $250 a month
- each client starts at 4 workouts per week and moves to 5 once I feel you are ready for the commitment
- each program is customized for YOU and YOUR goals
IN PERSON ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING
- Client must be local (Agoura Hills, Ventura County CA area)
- Free initial consultation
- Diet assistance (same as online clientele)
- Prices vary depending on how many times the client commits to per week; we will discuss in consultation
- The goal is to complete all sessions before the end of the month and avoid "roll over" sessions
IMPORTANT POLICIES
- Training By Mal has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cannot come in for your session, you must notify me 24 hrs in advance or the session will be lost. Subsequently, if I cancel on you last minute, I will honor you an extra session for the month.
- Any client who does not show up for their session or late cancels their session will be charged a $100 fee. I greatly value the time I spend with each client and expect the same in return.
- Some exceptions may apply
