What you get:
Put simply, your three macronutrients are carbs, fats, and protein. For all levels of fitness, you need these macros dialed in to help with performance, recovery, and overall progression with your overall health and wellness inside and outside of the gym. Your individualized macro plan will give you your BMR, total recommended caloric intake, rest day caloric intake, and a breakdown of each macro per meal. Depending on the Tier chosen, you may also receive a sample set of meals that are specific to the numbers of each macro recommended to you (see photo below). What is BMR? BMR stands for Basil Metabolic Rate. Your BMR is the amount of calories you burn without trying; your 'involuntary calorie burn' as I like to put it. This includes blinking, breathing, etc. Once your BMR is calculated, your activity level, height, weight, age,and sex are dialed in to give us your total recommended caloric intake. Once these two things have been determined, I can start adjusting your macro nutrients.
